I am currently studying Physiotherapy at Latrobe University and have a special interest in metabolic conditioning and strength training for injury prevention.
We will use a variety of different training methodologies and functional training tools to help you achieve your goals – weight loss, toning and sports specific training. As a former state level cross country runner and triathlete, I have extensive knowledge about training for success in endurance sport.
