Meet Personal Trainer Lauren
I became a trainer to inspire others in becoming the best version of themselves – by using exercise to build self-confidence not only in the physical sense but also in the way in which you approach everyday life. I am passionate about assisting others in achieving milestones and breaking barriers which may initially seem out of reach.
To achieve your goals we will use resistance based training and functional movement, we will work around any limitations and ultimately help you become in tune with your own body by building strength for life.
My approach is holistic, which encompasses not only on what you do in the gym, but how you apply this in day to day life, and how this translates to your mental wellbeing.
