Meet Personal Trainer Lee

After 20 years in Group Fitness and leading a “one size fits all approach”, I can now listen to you and your goals to customise a program that best suits you. I will guide you through each exercise and its component to ensure you start moving better and more effectively so your time exercising is rewarding and efficient.

Every session is different. Having trained in Les Mills Programs, HIIT Training, Strength Training, Flexibility & Mobility, Kettlebells, TRX, Pilates, and Meditation you will experience the benefit of variety and more fun training methods to keep it interesting and you motivated. You’ll never quite know what I’ll come up with next! As you progress, so will your physical goals, personal confidence and ambitions.

I get great satisfaction from seeing my clients achieve what they thought they couldn’t. You will move easier, in everyday life and when training. You will feel better, sleep better, recover quicker and be more in tune with your body, mind, health and wellbeing.
