We all know the benefits the body obtains through physical activity but did you know the mind can also benefit from regular participation in physical activity.
To support Mental Health Week the team at Eltham Leisure Centre are running a number of FREE events to provide the community the opportunity to participate and experience the benefits of activity.
The centre will provide access to a series of group fitness classes, personal training sessions and will cap the week of with a FREE seminar on “Mental Health and Physical Activity” presented by our own group fitness instructor and clinical psychologist Dr. Lisa Forrester.
