Autumn Group Fitness Timetable

Your new Autumn group Fitness Timetable has arrived at Eltham Leisure Centre, and is jam packed with over 180 classes!

Please note that with reopening of our Wellness Studio and the resurfacing of the floors in Group Fitness Studio 1, there have been numerous classes relocated into new and improved spaces more appropriate for your Group Fitness experience.  Additionally we see some new classes on the Autumn timetable:

  • Monday 5:45am Circuit with Diane
  • Monday 8:15pm Boxing with Miles
  • Tuesday 10:15am Body Combat with Lisa
  • Thursday 9:10am Barre with Jade
  • Sunday 9:10am Metafit with Lisa
  • Sunday 10:15am Yoga with Andrea

Finally we see the introduction of a brand new Les Mills Group Fitness format Les Mills Tone.  If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it.  The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level.  You can participate in Les Mills Tone on Thursday morning at 9:10am with Meredith or at 11:20am on Friday with Kellie.
