Is it safe to visit the facility?
Answer
There are no known specific risks associated with visiting an aquatic centre or health club, and as such, these facilities are considered at the same risk level as visiting any public facility. At this stage, the risk of the community spreading Covid-19 through our facilities is low.

What can I do to protect myself when using the centre?
Answer
- Wash your hands often with soap and running water for at least 20 seconds. Dry with paper towel or a hand dryer.
- Wipe down any equipment you use throughout the centre with the wipes provided.
- Try not to touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve or elbow.
- Wear a mask when you cannot socially distance and maintain at least 1.5 metres distance between yourself and others at all times

We encourage anyone who has recently been or is currently sick to remain at home and to seek advice from a medical professional.

What if I've lost my wristband?

There are wristbands available for purchase at reception, we are unfortunately unable to lend or give out bands for one off usage.

Group Fitness Bookings
Group Fitness sessions are now available for members to book up to 24 hours prior to class via our Member Portal. Casual bookings open up 2 hours prior to class and ticket are available by visiting our team at reception.[/show_more]
Aquatics / Pool Hall
Are all pools, spa, steam and sauna open?
Answer
Yes all of our pools are now open without bookings, spa, steam and sauna are also now available for use with limits on numbers in line with area spacing guidelines.
Please note, communal equipment such as kickboards, pool noodles or swimming aids will not be available for use and you are required to bring your own. Read Less

Answer
There are no known specific risks associated with the use of pools, spas or saunas. Our pools are checked regularly throughout the day to ensure the chlorine levels are within the relevant health regulations.

Gym
Is the gym re-open?
Answer
Our gym is now open during full staffed Centre hours. Current restrictions have now eased and there are no bookings necessary or time restrictions on your gym visit.

- Sweat Towel (No Towel, No Train)
- Full water bottle
- Stretch mat if needed
