What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is designed for all fitness and ability levels, offering all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. These benefits, in turn, lead to daily life improvements including better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many; relief from pain associated with physical imbalances.

Is Reformer Pilates for me?

As we only run small group classes (maximum of 12) our trainers modify exercises that allow everyone to participate, regardless of physical ability.Yes, you must be over the age of 16 years old to attend a Reformer Pilates class at Eltham Leisure Centre. Due to the dynamic movement of classes they are not suitable for participants under 16 years of age.

During pregnancy, if you are new to Reformer Pilates, we ask that you not start our classes. For current clients, you can attend group classes but only until you’re 15 weeks along. After this, due to our dynamic style of training, you can no longer attend group classes.
