What is Reformer Pilates and how is it different from mat-based Pilates?

The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These benefits, in turn, lead to daily life improvements including better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many; relief from pain associated with physical imbalances.
Pilates moves too challenging, or go beyond what you can do on the mat if you crave a greater push. This allows you to work to your level and progress appropriately.

What do I need to know before my first Reformer Pilates class?

Please arrive 15 minutes before class, particularly if it is your first time as we will need to ask you a few questions about your general health and any specific needs.Wear clothes which are comfortable and easy to move in, and please bring a small towel and water bottle.

How do I book a Reformer Pilates class?
