Meet Personal Trainer Jade
I am a trainer because I want to set you up for a healthier, happier and more functionally active future. I want to provide you with my knowledge, skills, guidance and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals, feel amazing inside/out and radiate with energy. I want to help you achieve your goals, I want to push your boundaries and show you what you are capable of, whether it’s running that race you’ve always wanted to run, wearing those clothes you’ve always wanted to wear, I want to help you feel confident and happy in your own mind and body .
I assess your specific needs to develop a personalised program that will provide you with a variety of creative, effective and efficient techniques to maximise your efforts and your results. I incorporate multiple training methodologies throughout the sessions. Including cardiovascular training, more specifically interval and high intensity training along with resistance training focusing on building overall strength and endurance whilst ensuring correct technique and form to reduce risk of injury.
From instructing power HITT classes, to providing personalised goal specific programs, I focus on providing you with all of the tools you need to be able to succeed. I will help you reach your goals and create healthy habits to ensure a long term healthy and balanced lifestyle is created to maintain for life. “Fitness isn’t a seasonal hobby, Fitness is a lifestyle.”
