Meet Personal Trainer Miles

I'm a trainer because of my love for sport and training, and I am honoured to have the opportunity to impart my knowledge onto others to help them lead a happy life.

Through my knowledge of biomechanics, the mind and an assortment of training techniques I help my clients move well and stay motivated whilst doing so.

I train my clients in a variety of training methodologies, ensuring I can suit my clients every need by utilising my years of experience and study to forge a holistic training experience for you, my clients.
