I enjoy drawing out the potential in people and pushing their boundaries. I like to work with all ages, shapes and abilities. It is one of the best feelings to be part of someone’s fitness journey and to witness all the accomplishment that one once thought was impossible.
By giving support and motivating my clients to achieve their personal fitness goals and to become “fit for life”. After my hip replacement I have learned to listen to my body, overcome pain and create my change in my body to progress and to do what I love the most… training.
I specialise in movement optimisation through functional exercises that will strengthen and correct posture. Thus, it will help you move day to day pain free and with ease. I specialise in strength and conditioning for body tone and shape, hypertrophy as well as weight loss. I also specialise in pre and post-surgery rehabilitation.
