The Eltham Leisure Centre are committed to making the management transition process as smooth as possible for our loyal customers, with limited disruption to your fitness routine. However, there are some important bits of information you need to know.
There will be minor disruptions to the IT network on Friday 30th June and throughout the weekend as services and changed over and new systems bumped in. However, none of these changes will impact your access to the facility. You will need to check in at reception as the turnstiles and group fitness kiosk will not be connected until Monday.
The group fitness timetable has also now been confirmed and can be viewed here. The timetable is almost identical to the timetable released on the 12th June and will remain in place throughout all of Winter.
If you are a direct debit member, please be aware that your transaction will now show Aligned Leisure on your bank or credit card statement.
For both our monthly and fortnightly direct debit members, your first direct debit is due on Monday 3rd July.
All of your bank or credit card details have been securely transferred, so there is nothing further you need to do to keep your membership active. It is important that we have the most up to date contact information for you as we will need to communicate with you from time to time. On your next visit please chat to the front desk staff to update your details if needed.
The only change is that Aligned Leisure will show on your bank or credit card statement.
