Nillumbik Leisure Facilities are once again venue hosts for the 2023 Eltham Dandenong Junior Basketball Tournament, the world’s largest junior domestic tournament, commencing Thursday 26th and concluding on Sunday 29th January 2023.
Please take the time to review key information and stay up to date with all that is happening at your Eltham Leisure Centre across the public holiday and weekend:
- We have planned for an increased number of patrons through our doors but it is important to note that with the increased numbers there will be additional pressure placed on the car park. With this in mind we ask patrons to plan ahead and expect some minor impacts when you attend over the weekend.
- Australia Day Public Holiday – Thursday 26th January
- Centre Hours – 8am – 8pm
- Gym – 24-7
- Pools open 8am and close 7.30pm

- Swimming Lessons
- There will be NO Swimming Lessons on Thursday 26th January with parents reminded to book make up lessons in lieu of their missed lesson
- Swimming Lessons will run as normal over Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Please plan ahead and allow extra time getting to the centre due to the pressure on the car park with the basketball tournament.
- Court availability – there will be very limited court availability for casual shooting across Eltham Leisure Centre and Diamond Valley Sports and Fitness Centre from Thursday to Sunday due to the tournament. For the very latest availability please follow the links below:
